The game is published by Play Ten Interactive and Russobit-M. In some circles, Avencast: Rise of the Mage is also called Avencast: The Sorcerer's Apprentice. It seems that Avencast: Rise of the Mage turned out to be complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
