Honestly, having played 500+ hours, I realized that the game is changing for the worse the only server nearest and not empty is European. It turns out that the project still lives there, but those who live near Japanese servers (who are always empty) do not even have to buy a project. Well, or buy if you like to play with a ping from 150 and above
