The Ploppable RICO mod will allow you, so to speak, to attach a building to one of four zones, the first letters of which make up the abbreviation RICO:
Residential
Industrial (industrial)
Commerical
Office (offices)

Briefly speaking. Imagine that you have a mod to add the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant. But you don't want it to be just decorative, do you? Surely it would be more interesting if people could work there and bring income to the city. It would be perfect for your industrial area...
This is exactly what the mod is all about - it will allow you to place buildings in zones so that they work as part of the zone.
Мод Ploppable RICO позволит вам, скажем так, прикрепить какое-то здание к одной из четырех зон, первые буквы которых и составляют аббревиатуру RICO:

Короче. Представьте себе, что есть у вас мод на добавление Ульяновского Автомобильного Завода. Но вы же не хотите, чтобы он был просто декоративным? Наверняка было бы интереснее, если бы там могли работать люди и приносить городу доход. Он бы идеально подошел для вашей индустриальной зоны…
Именно в этом и заключается суть мода — он позволит вам ставить здания в зоны, чтобы они работали как часть зоны.
