After playing Cities: Skylines for a couple of weeks, I got a little tired of it, and I decided to abandon it, but after a few days they started releasing a bunch of mods for it. These mods were not only graphical, some of them allowed you to completely change the gameplay or even fly around the city on an airplane. There are also bugs in the game that you probably already know, for example, problems with dams. If they are not placed correctly, then the entire city can be flooded, and this is already interesting. Поиграв в Cities: Skylines пару недель, она мне немного поднадоела, и я решил ее забросить, но через несколько дней к ней начали выпускать кучу модов. Эти моды были не только графические, некоторые из них позволяли полностью изменить геймплей или даже полетать по городу на самолете. Присутствуют в игре и баги, которые вы, наверное, уже знаете, например, это проблемы с дамбами. Если их не правильно разместить, то можно затопить весь город, а это уже интересно. Можно также превратить всю реку в сплошные отходы, а можно загрязнить почву до черного цвета, а если вы любите все зеленое, то можете построить эко-город, в котором будут только "чистые предприятия". Cities: Skylines is the best city-building simulator since SimCity. The gameplay is addictive: you can spend hours optimizing transport, fighting traffic jams or just admiring the living neighborhoods. The graphics are stylish, although not top-notch, but they work stably even in large cities. Pros - endless scope for creativity, cons - without DLC and mods it can be quite boring.
9.5/10, I recommend it to everyone who likes calm strategies and wants to feel like a creative mayor.
Cities: Skylines — это лучший градостроительный симулятор со времён SimCity. Геймплей затягивает: можно часами оптимизировать транспорт, бороться с пробками или просто любоваться живыми кварталами. Графика стильная, хоть и не топового уровня, зато работает стабильно даже на больших городах. Плюсы — бесконечный простор для творчества, минусы — без DLC и модов можеть быть довольно скучно.
9.5/10, рекомендую всем, кто любит спокойные стратегии и хочет почувствовать себя мэром-творцом.

In my opinion, one of the best city planning simulators. Quite a good system of events (if you can call it that), different sectors: medicine, education, etc. And there are also many maps for creating a city. Overall, everyone should try it!
По моему мнению один из лучших градостроительных симуляторов. Довольно хорошая система событий (если можно её так назвать), разные отрасли: медицина, образование и прочее. А ещё много карт для создания города. В общем стоит попробовать каждому!
I played this game for 250 hours and want to share my impressions. As for me, this is the best game in this genre (I played both SimCity and Cities in Motion). The game has quite interesting transport mechanics, which depend on the correct location of the roads, and not on their width. Playing without DLC is not interesting, but with them the game takes on new colors.
P.S. Don't play on consoles because it's creepy.
Наиграл в эту игру 250 часов и хочу поделиться впечатлениями. Как по мне, это лучшая игра в данном жанре(играл и в SimCity, и в Cities in Motion). В игре довольно интересная механика транспорта, которая зависит от правильности расположения дорог, а не от их ширины. Играть без DLC не интересно, но с ними игра обретает новые краски.
P.S. не играйте на приставках, так как это жуть-жуткая.
