This mod will allow you to go beyond Night City (disables teleport outside).
Installation:
1. Install BasicPluginLoader by moving version.dll to Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64
2. Place OutOfBounds.dll in Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64/plugins
3. Launch the game
Out Of Night City.
