Newly balanced legendary character in hardcore mode at the beginning of the game. Bullets deal realistic damage, making you as deadly to your enemies as they are to you. You are also a legendary character at the start of the game. You have tons of funds, legendary gear in stock, and the whole world is left for you to explore as an almost new character.
