Save for all endings including secret and the devil with default character.
Here's a save with all the side quests completed and the required requirement to get any of the endings with the default character appearance, as well as items powerful enough to get through any of these endings without too much trouble. None of the endings were completed with this save, which should allow you to activate the achievement if you don't already have them. Takemura is also alive in this save, which will allow you to progress to the ending of The Devil.
