I was finally able to complete cyberpunk 2077 four years after its release and I can tell you about it. I’ll start with a short prologue (introductory story), and then I’ll tell you first about the disadvantages, and then about the advantages.
In order to play cyberpunk 2077 you need good hardware, it is for this reason that I just finished it now, because when I tried to play cyberpunk 2077 on my playstation 4 back in 2020, I was a little disappointed , the reason for my disappointment was frames (30 FPS) per second and soap when turning, but now I finally built a normal computer and play on ultra settings without RTX at 150 FPS, and with RTX at 50 - 60 FPS. A game with excellent graphics, excellent music, a fairly interesting plot, with a more or less normal combat component, but with bugs. Bugs are the main problem of this game. Also, I would like to note that the size of the map is not very large, at first it seems large, but then you can understand that this map can be covered by transport in literally 8 - 10 minutes, but this is justified by the small details of this very map, and what I also liked is that there are almost always different people on the streets, as I understand that they (more precisely, their clothes and accessories) are generated randomly, which gives a piece of identity to each NPS.
Cons of cyberpunk 2077:
1) The first disadvantage is bugs. During combat, enemies will almost always get stuck in textures when they fall, or rather their limbs, for example, an arm or leg. After reading the forums, I found out that many had bugs with the banal lack of a pop-up button to start a dialogue (to start a story mission you had to start a dialogue), therefore, if you can’t start a dialogue, then you can’t progress through the story, that is, in fact, you won’t be able to complete the game. Bugs range from harmless and funny to bugs that cause you to not be able to complete the game.
2) The second, but already small, disadvantage is that many NPS will always stand in the same place, no matter how many times you leave the main character’s initial apartment, the people next to it always do one thing and also, one might say, the absence of life in the world. Although, it’s probably not worth comparing this world with the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, BUT the world, although not alive without you, is rich, beautiful and interesting.
Pros of cyberpunk 2077:
1) The first plus. graphics - graphics in cyberpunk 2077 were probably the main priority of the developers and they succeeded. A beautiful, but at the same time harsh world with a lot of neon and other lighting is one of the main trump cards of cyberpunk 2077.
2) The second plus. The plot is very interesting and addictive. After recently completing Dead Island 2, where the plot was purely for show, the plot in cyberpunk 2077 was a breath of fresh air.
3) Third plus. The soundtrack and music in the game are perfect and there is a lot of it. You will constantly fight to epic, beautiful music - it's a thrill.
4) The fourth plus. The main characters and their charisma - all the main characters who in one way or another participate in the main plot are beautifully done, which is worth only Johnny Silverhand, as well as quite funny conversations with obscenities))
5) The fifth plus. Russian localization - there is nothing to talk about here, all conversations are translated into Russian. (The only exceptions are where the main character communicates in English, this is due to the plot)
6) The sixth plus. A sea of side quests - there are a lot of side quests. I haven’t completed everything, but I have about ten completed side quests, at least they were all interesting, also, reading reviews on various forums and on VGTimes, I have seen more than once that many spent almost nothing on completing side quests not 90 - 100 hours.
7) Seventh plus. The richness of the open world - there is a sea of different things in it. Buying apartments, cars, there are clothing stores, both just at the market and in elite areas in a whole real store. Weapons stores are simple and more premium with expensive weapons that cost as much as an apartment, just sellers of all sorts of junk, various restaurants. fight rings where you can participate to earn money, nightclubs where you can dance, bars, mailboxes where you can sell junk and a sea of other interesting things.
Perhaps I forgot to say something, but since I told everything in the prologue, the pros and cons, I think that the final story is not needed, but just in the end I will say:
9/10 I put it from - for good graphics, plot, music, well, in general, for the advantages that I listed above, but took off points for bugs. That's all. Overall, my rating is 9/10.
