Disco Elysium

I was extremely pleased with the game; before playing, I tried as much as possible not to catch any spoilers in the plot. But I knew in advance what I had to play. A game made by depressed Estonian drunks and based on their D&D games. And I got something that pleasantly surprised me. The dialogues amazed us with their wit, the large number of variations in solutions to the problem, and the funny and different ramifications of situations. This is a game where there are no wrong decisions for you as a player. Do you want to be a reputable drunk communist? Please! Do you want to be stuffy, tricky and liberal? Please! Or maybe a homeless cop, a fascist medium? Pfft, yes please! Do you want to be an ordinary, boring, pathetic and sober detective? Your right!

This game not only has well-written text, but it also looks and sounds great. Perhaps the character models are not the most detailed, but...these...beautiful landscapes are just a sight to behold. And great music that conveys the atmosphere. I will definitely download a couple of tracks from the game and listen to them periodically.

Perhaps not, most likely this is not a game for everyone. Because someone won’t appreciate the topics covered in the game, politics, and the like. But I will say this as for a person who did not think much about his watering. coordinates, about some other questions that the game asks you. I haven’t answered some questions, but I may have answered others. But at least it’s interesting to talk about it. This game can make you think, perhaps radically, but at the same time, you don't have to do it.

There is also nothing stopping you from not having any opinion on any matter, the game allows it.

I won’t say anything about the plot, I’ll just say that it’s very good. The localization also pleased me, although I don’t particularly understand such moments, perhaps there is something to criticize for. But I don’t think that somewhere they underdid or overdid it. So, my opinion is that the game for me is one of the best in its genre, and I definitely advise you to play it.
