A wonderful meat shooter. Meat, meat, meat, a little plot, meat and again MEAT.
A little about the plot:
I gave a shit about your plot. For me, Doom is Doom, not a soap opera.
Gameplay:
At first, as usual, you try to break into the crowd of demons, but then your first game over stops you, and you understand that here you need to use tactics, be able to use space correctly and kick the imps in the ass.
Graphics:
Well, basically everything is fine here, except for the drawing distance of the monster. My draw distance is set to maximum, and the shitty demons start to be drawn no more than 40 meters away. There was no such crap in DOOM 2016. But in general, everything is quite normal. The textures are quite detailed, the appearance of the hellish creatures is pleasing to the eye, and the amount of blood is like in a Vietnamese puddle in the 70s - a lot.
Optimization: On my fairly average PC it is stable at max. Graphics settings run at pure 60 fps. There were no subsidences and no delays either.
My verdict: 9 Master Chi helmets... That is, Doomguy... Sorry, Doom Slayer out of 10. I recommend it to everyone.
