Dota 2 is a legendary mob and remains so today. The game has 3 main problems:
- developers and balancers
- community
- rating system
Everything described above really spoils both the game and the feeling after it. Instead of pleasure, you will only burn. The barrier to entry into the game is very low. Beginners need six months or a year to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. The recent transition to Source 2 cannot be called a super successful transition (due to the abundance of bugs). Now you need more powerful hardware for a comfortable game.
If you haven’t played before, then there’s no point in starting now. In the same hots it will be easier to start, and you will get more pleasure.
