Driver: San Francisco is a continuation of the legendary arcade racing game with a third-person view in the Driver series. The game tells the story of the events that took place several months after Driver 3. John Tanner, the permanent protagonist of the series, has returned, and this time, after a small accident, he is in a coma. However, this does not stop him from continuing to hunt for criminals and, in particular, for the main antagonist nicknamed Jerrico. John gained the ability to transfer his consciousness into various people while he is in a coma. This, as well as the ability to receive into the brain all the information about the situation in the city, will help catch the criminal.

Driver: san francisko is a unique game in its genre. The game has one mechanic that greatly expands the gameplay compared to other races - moving into the bodies of other drivers.
Are you losing the race? No problem, crash into your rivals by getting into oncoming cars. Need to stop the car? Hit it with a car in the oncoming lane. This is a truly unique game in terms of gameplay.
Also, I just love the dialogue in this game, the characters are constantly making jokes, and they’re really funny.
The game's plot is good, but short. This game is definitely worth trying.
Driver: san francisko — это уникальная игра в своём жанре. Игра имеет одну механику которая очень сильно расширяет геймплей в сравнении с другими гонками — Переселение в тела другиз водителей.
Вы проигрываете в гонке? Не беда, врежтесь в соперников вселясь в машины на встречке. Нужно остановить машину? Врежтесь в неё с помощью машины на встречке. Это реально уникальная игра в плане геймплея.
Также я просто обожаю диалоги в этой игре, постоянно персонажи шутят, причём реально смешно.
Сюжет игры хороший, но короткий. Эту игру определённо стоит попробовать.

До Reflections наконец-то дошло, что не нужно гнаться за GTA, а взять и развить идею первой части игры, где главным элементом был драйв и нон-стоп езда, приправленная отменной физической моделью поведения автомобиля на трассе. Более 150-ти лицензированных машин, большой Сан Франциско где есть чем занаться, благо интересные разнообразные задания а также многорежимный мультиплеер этому способствуют.
The game is very interesting in terms of the plot, the physics of the cars deserves special attention, the graphics and lighting on the PC version are pleasant and really delight the eyes. And most importantly, it is very well optimized, it even runs on a Pentium D with 3GB of RAM and 512MB of video memory, naturally at a high graphics preset and a resolution of 1280 by 720. The game is very suitable, you can enjoy it for days.
Игра очень интересная в плане сюжета, отдельное внимание заслуживает физика машин, графика и освещение на пк версии приятное прям глаза радуются. И что самое главное очень хорошо оптимизирована, идёт даже на Pentium D 3гб оперативной памяти и 512мб видео памяти, естественно на высоком присете графики и разрешении 1280 на 720. Игра очень годная, ею можно наслаждаться сутками.

Слава богу что Мартин Эдмондсон вернулся в Reflection (уже в Ubisoft Reflections) и показал как надо делать игры серии Driver.
Я остался доволен даже в 2024 году, а уж какая игра казалась в год выпуска мне и представить сложно. Чтобы вы понимали как мне понравилось, я прошёл 6 раз на платину и поставил рекорд на задании blast from the past (кто понял тот понял) за 46 секунд.
The game is AWESOME, there are a lot of cars, the graphics are great, the plot is quite unusual, the graphics for 2013 are awesome (and look good now), there is multiplayer, the gameplay is special, you can inhabit other drivers, which helps in pursuits and races, you can, for example, crash into an enemy through a car in the opposite direction .
Игра ОФИГЕННАЯ, машин много, графика класс, сюжет довольно необычный, графика на 2013 офигенная (и сейчас хорошо выглядит) мультиплеер есть, геймплей особенный, можно вселятся в других водителей что помогает в погонях и гонках, можно например в противника через машину на встречно врезается.
