Replaces the "Eccentric Kit". If you want it to replace any other set, use it to find the one you want and change the file name accordingly.
In the EquipParamProtector section, find the following identifiers and edit their masks:
- 940200 (Eccentric cuffs) Change mask 13 to 1.
- 941000 (Eccentric's Hood changed) Change Mask 04 to 1 (Optional, the changed hood just removes Raziel's scarf).
