BIG - Ultra high quality graphics with maximum resolution. (Usually: 2048 x 2048 textures and 2048 x 2048 Bumpmaps/Normals.) You need to use FNV 4GB Patcher(from Roy Batty and LuthienAnarion) otherwise you will most likely experience slowdowns, crashes, texture glitches and crashes.
