The game is really addictive! I was really looking forward to this game in 2013! The game was very interesting for its plot and its atmosphere! But unfortunately, after the release, I saw that it was far from the ideal that I expected!
Pros:
From the very first moment of the game you get involved in the plot and want to quickly find out what will happen next. Few people can come up with heroes like Vaas Montenegro, and his reflections and lessons of philosophy are something! Beautiful special effects - shootouts, explosions, chases! You can feel the dynamics in the game! The game can be completed both straight ahead and in stealth mode - which is not unimportant, since it combines two genres - let's just say, whoever likes it will pass it the way he likes! The most important point in the pros is the PLOT, although the graphics in the game are not at a bad level for 2013, but I couldn’t add it to the pros because...let’s go to the cons...
Cons:
Of course, Ubisoft lately likes to please its fans in a video with one graphic, but in reality release a completely different picture. Far Cry 3 was no exception! Unfortunately, when I watched the first gameplay video of Far Edge 3, I saw an unrealistically cool picture, I was simply salivating with thirst to play this masterpiece, every corner of the jungle was rendered uniquely - an old military plane tangled in the thickets, different trees, incredibly beautiful jungle textures were eventually replaced by trees and shrubs of the same type with almost no texture! I can’t say that the open world in Far Edge 3 is interesting to explore, because... Personally, I was bored running from one corner of the map to another and observing the same type of trees. Outposts and secondary tasks are very similar. Capturing an outpost consisted of the following mission: 6-7 people at the outpost, turn off the signal, kill them! And like this the whole game! There’s no point in deviating from the storyline, because it’s really interesting here... The weapons are primitive but very varied, but I can’t count them as a plus because I probably outplayed Battlefield 4, where the arsenal simply cannot help but please the eye! Stupid allies are annoying - Rakyat wars! It is not surprising that the pirates bend them (according to the plot). And it’s annoying that you can’t sleep through the night like you could do in part 2! At night you really can’t see anything, unless you turn up the brightness of the game itself... you can’t turn on the flashlight yourself!
