This file completely removes the start screensavers (Legal Screen 1, Legal Screen 2, R* Games, R* North, GTA LOGO Screen)
those. When the game is deployed, the menu is displayed immediately and instantly :)
Installation instructions
Copy loadingscreens_pc.dat (downloaded file) to Grand Theft Auto IV \ common \ data
BONUS
While loading a save or a new game, you may be lucky enough to see Her Majesty Lola, exclusive to the console versions :)
