This mod is a combination of several mods:

Allows you to modify unique weapons.
Removes requirements for perks on equipment.
Reduces equipment requirements to 1 unit.
Increases the growth of the Charisma parameter for cloaks to 3 units. thereby freeing 3 units of perks.

Installation: Unpack the contents of the archive to the path: Disk/Gredfall/datalocal/.
