The review was written while the game was still in development.
It will be very bad if the game takes place in the 80s and 90s it will be similar to GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas and will look like Mafia Rockstar will be accused of plagiarism and will also cause a lot of disappointment among fans of the Grand Theft Auto series and possibly scandals .
