Heavy Rain

An indescribable first experience in the genre of interactive cinema, coupled with an excellent plot (the mystery of the entire game - who is the maniac? - keeps you in suspense until the very end). And the heady choice of developments in the manner of “do it one way or another, but there are third/fourth options” makes you think about every step. Four main characters, a lot of riddles and tasks, 3-4 individual endings for each of the protagonists... Such games are played most correctly the first time, when you purely instinctively choose this or that action, do what you would do if you find yourself in a similar situation.

So who is the killer? You will be surprised...

The game is worth all the money To buy it. This game is like watching a movie or TV series, I went through it 3 times.

A very touching game. The graphics here are not the best, but quite decent for games of that time, but the plot exceeds any expectations. After completing the entire game, you will be surprised to enjoy the not-so-expected ending.

I heard a lot of snobbish whining about this game before the game finally received a port on PC, saying it was a soapy movie and so on. But the plot and atmosphere here are really so strong that they can replace everything that is supposedly missing in this game (gameplay, etc.). This is truly a must play for any gamer at least once.

True, there are at least 2, if not minuses, then nuances:

1) If you play too carefully (reap all QTEs in time), then the ending will turn out to be too ideal and sugary. I played through it only once out of habit, setting the difficulty level to medium, but I dare to suggest that for greater unpredictability, you should immediately set the maximum difficulty level so that spontaneous mistakes would somehow affect the plot.

Heavy Rain came out a long time ago, but it’s still a breeze: the plot, the memorable characters, the atmosphere, the player’s choices - in a word, a masterpiece) Even though there are a lot of plot holes, it’s still one of my favorite games.
