Changes all arenas to have a new set of waves that are more varied and challenging.

All arenas, including the Dark Arts Arena, now have 18 waves of enemies;
Uses existing arena spawn spots, including raised platforms for long-range enemies;
More variety of enemies;
Prevents loot drops (to help with framerate issues).
