Sometimes you wonder: Is there a game with good explosions and an open world? Certainly. This is Just Cause 3.
Prologue:
I'll be honest. It was autumn, early November. I accidentally found this game while browsing Steam. And since at that time there was an autumn sale, for 83 rubles it simply could not help but end up in my library.
I didn’t complete it completely. That is, I completed the story, but was too lazy to collect notes and drive cars around auto repair shops.
Gameplay: I will also classify the division of the world as gameplay. So. The game has three modes of movement (not counting the usual ones): grappling hook, parachute and wingsuit. We can talk about each separately.
Hook - cat: a very simple thing. In the simplest way, it attracts you to the object. When used together with a parachute, you can move around the map quite quickly.
Parachute: can always be activated. Quite a useful thing.
Wingsuit: Very difficult to control at first. It feels like you're flying on a log. Over time you can fly it very easily. If you use a grappling hook in flight, you can make flights much easier and cut through the air at incredible speed.
At the beginning of the game you will ride the simplest transport in any case, but when you understand the mechanics above, you will begin to abandon them.
There are weapons in the game. Well it's logical! But here it is a little strange. Let me explain something: in this game there should be a lot of it, but over time you will begin to understand that it is not enough, but you will only run with the initial one. This sounds strange, but if 80% of the game you have to shoot at enemies with a machine gun, and ammo, only for the initial one. Not in order.
The grappling hook has some tools: cables - With the help of them you can attract everything: soldiers, bases of cars, tanks, airplanes. That's all. There's even a bit of a loophole. You can destroy Di Ravello's helicopter in 1 minute. When the shield is turned off, you need to pull it to the ground and that’s it.
The main character has a comlink: a universal thing where you can see: progress, a map, but the main thing is transfers. Over time, you unlock new items: cars, tanks, weapons. All this is in the transfers. One beacon = one vehicle, pistol, machine gun and special weapon (this is what brings all the fun from the game).
World: I won’t say too much. The world is interesting to explore. Divided into 3 acts. Each consists of an archipelago except 3, there is an island. Car parts and Di Ravello's notes are scattered everywhere. Very cool to explore.
Graphics: very beautiful. If you specifically turn off the HUD, you can make a pretty good desktop wallpaper. The only problem is the people who walk around the world. They have no facial expressions.
Plot: for such an action movie, the plot is not particularly important. During the game he turns back to normal for this Just Cause. Divided into 3 acts. During every 3-4 missions are repeated. At the end you need to destroy Di Ravello's helicopter. Di Ravello's notes are perceived as strange from the very beginning, but over time you will begin to listen to them with rapture.
Control: easy to control. It takes some getting used to at first, but over time you will understand it.
Sound and music: Excellent music that suits the game well.
Multiplayer: I haven’t played it myself, but they say it lags and freezes occur.
Localization: excellent localization. You can play.
