The best, at least at the time of release, of the LEGO series games, in my opinion.
However, it also has its drawbacks. The first is all the remaining problems with control, movement, getting stuck, etc. (although I won’t deny that I’m simply not used to playing with a gamepad, which could also be the reason). Too often I fell from some height, bridge, etc., only because stupid AI allies were crowded nearby, or the character decided to jump in the wrong place. But oh well. The second of the minuses is the lack of variety among the gnomes, for whom you have to spend overwhelming hours. Of course, it is very difficult to come up with each gnome’s own item with which he will contact the outside world due to their large number, as well as the presence of other characters. But this fact is still a little depressing. Although it’s still worth thinking about what would be sadder - not to have all the gnomes under your command, albeit with repeating features, or to have only a part, which is not so “canonical” or something, but all of them are unique.
One of the advantages is a great atmosphere, which is difficult to spoil with the existing disadvantages and other small mistakes. It is the atmosphere, music and excellent voice acting that makes this game stand out from many others (I haven’t played Jurassic world yet, but I can definitely say that the Avengers are not even close).
