Replaces Akutsu with the one and only Senator Armstrong from Metal Gear Rising.
How to install:
1. Install the latest version of Ryu Mod Manager
2. Place the mod in your mods folder
3. Launch the GUI version of the manager and check the box next to the mod.
4. Click "Save", "Close Manager", launch the non-GUI version of the manager and launch the game.
