Continuation of the futuristic Marathon shooter series from the creators of Halo and Destiny. The game is rumored to be reminiscent of Escape from Tarkov and the survival mode of The Division: it's a team-based online shooter in which a squad of three must collect loot and successfully evacuate. The events of the game will unfold on a distant planet, which was once home to a disappeared human colony. The surviving humans began using cyborgs called "Runners" to safely collect loot. The gameplay loop is built around individual missions, equipment selection, and map exploration. Players can also expect seasons, a progression system, and other derivative games-services.
