The final chapter in the story of Artyom - post-Soviet Gordon Freeman in the universe of radioactive Mother Russia. First and foremost, this is no longer a metro, literally in the very first half hour of the game we are thrown out of the metro and until the end of the game there will be only rails from the metro, sometimes underground bunkers or communications and one trailer, and even that is not a metro car. But it's not as bad as it might seem. Yes, the game has taken a noticeable step up from its two previous chapters, but not that significant. Although the pseudo-open world tries to seem huge, it actually turns out to be very small and meager, and the developers’ attempts to fill the world with subhistory... to put it mildly, did not impress me. In order not to drag it out too much, I’ll say briefly - If it weren’t for the masterpiece plot and plot cutscenes, the game would most likely have been a waste. The writers pulled out the game. And playing Metro: Exodus is worth it just for the story. In other respects, just like in other parts of the metro.
