He creates a new chemical that will affect humanity in the worst possible way. He plans to use his chemicals to sell them on the black market and then expand his empire even further. You, as a hero, have infiltrated the facilities to obtain this chemical, steal its formula and put an end to Mr. Tinger's evil empire.
