Very... very... sooooooooo cool game!!!!

Beautiful and smooth movements for the time. Every step, jump, somersault, all acrobatic performances.

The battles are very spectacular (again, for their time), although they are not particularly deep.

Each level looks, in its own way, magical with hints of an oriental fairy tale. Everything looks like a dream. The atmosphere of this game... just wow)

The story of the prince, the story of the game, the music, the enemies, all this immerses you in this game, in the atmosphere of everything that is happening!!!

It's strange that there are no reviews for part 1. Perhaps many, like me, got acquainted with part 1 much later, after parts 2 and 3, and therefore the game seemed “childish”.

But. Considering the entire PP franchise, it was the Sands of Time that made the biggest leap in progress, thereby becoming almost an independent genre, giving rise to the now hit Assassins.

Fabulous atmosphere, soulful music (even though I'm a metalhead), unique chemistry between the characters, interesting plot, exciting fights... children's toy, lullabies along with music, boring combat system, a lot of "climbing"...

Yes , there are both pros and cons (IMHO there are very few cons), the internet is full of them.

I'll tell you my comments.

- Personally, for the first time I saw the ideal option of returning to the place… Read full

Moving the classic Prince from the flat world to 3D.

Although this move is, in fact, a complete restart of the game, the developers tried to add some of the atmosphere of “that same” Prince of Persia. We also move through a palace full of deadly traps and fight with guards.

But that's probably all. All other elements of the game are entirely new.

Naturally, the gameplay itself became completely different, moving to the third dimension, filled with acrobatics and spectacular duels. The atmosphere of dark dungeons and mortal danger was well diluted with notes of an oriental fairy tale, working to competently present the plot.

What a princess, what would an Arabian fairy tale be without a beautiful princess?)
