Special Emergency Vehicles and FBI for Filibuster Rhymes Used Cars.

This mod adds new special ambulances based on the used Filisbuster Rhymes map models. Vehicles can spawn at their respective spawn points (cops, ambulances, firemen, rangers) with a lower chance than normal, and loot distribution has been added (cop items on police cars, etc.).
