Okay, okay. The game is excellent, well done Remedy, again an interesting plot and gameplay, as well as an excellent series. But the only reason I dropped it on PC was the crooked, terrible optimization. I don’t know how it is now, perhaps the optimization was corrected, the bugs were fixed, etc., but then I had to watch the passage on Juan and... it wasn’t the same.

So, Quantum Break. Stylish action game with its own, sometimes unique features. I'll start with the cons. Optimization. FPS drops, for no apparent reason, and on good hardware, not numerous, but bugs. Fortunately, most of the bugs were fixed, but a residue remained). But the first thing that catches your eye is the graphics. On Full HD, at maximum settings, soap immediately catches the eye. The graphics themselves are good, but it looks like the native resolution was HD. This is very disappointing considering that everything else is done well. That's all with obvious disadvantages.

Everything is fine with the gameplay. There are only a few games where the hero can manipulate time, but here everything is done very well. It’s beautiful, it’s spectacular, and most importantly, it doesn’t get … Read full

Good action cinema game. The plot is very addictive. Not Bradbury, but at the same time it surprises with turns and loops.

The graphon is at the level even now. Like a movie. :)

Mixing with a real series is an interesting solution. Not scripted skating rinks, but a really well made movie and you influence the branch of the plot. Voice acting, sound, effects. Everything is at a high level.

In the scenario of 4 nodes with decision making and plot branches, I’m going through it for the first time. I will obviously try other storylines. It got delayed.

As always, Remedy is a gorgeous linear story game

PROS:

Excellent storytelling. Getting stuck in endless emails may be an acquired taste, but there is no idle chatter, everything works to reveal the plot. Be prepared to read and listen a lot.

Despite the plot emphasis, the shooter mechanics are also excellent. The main character is given several abilities. Each has its own “mana” bar, and this simple solution makes the skirmishes here so exciting, allowing you to combine abilities on the go as you wish without worrying about running out of mana. Also, there can be no question of endless sitting behind covers in the Gears style, since the enemies here may not be the smartest, but they actively use grenades and come in from behind. It turns out no less furious than in Max Peinach.
