Fixed camera from the original game
This is a mod that will allow you to play with a fixed camera, bringing back a taste of the original gameplay from the 1998 PlayStation game. Works in all versions of the game. Supports gamepad and mouse/keyboard.
When you start the game, you will see your character from the perspective of a mounted/fixed camera, cinematically aimed at the stage. Then, when you try to move out of frame, the camera will change to another one based on your new location, with camera angles blending into each other to follow you wherever you go. The game has over 1,700 fixed cameras, all of them carefully placed, and the game can be played from start to finish using these cameras entirely.
How to launch:
- download REFRamework from Github and place it dinput8.dll in the game folder (you need RE2_TDB66.zip if you have DX11, or RE2.zip if you have RT);
- download Fluffy Mod Manager;
- place the mod file in the Fluffy Mod Manager mods folder for this game;
- install RE2R Classic from the list of mods in Fluffy Mod Manager.

При запуске игры вы увидите своего персонажа с точки зрения установленной/фиксированной камеры, кинематографически направленной на сцену. Затем, при попытке выйти из кадра, камера сменится на другую, основываясь на вашем новом местоположении, при этом углы камеры будут плавно переходить друг в друга, следуя за вами, куда бы вы ни пошли. В игре более 1700 фиксированных камер, все они тщательно расставлены, и игру можно пройти от начала до конца, полностью используя эти камеры.
Как запустить:
- скачать REFRamework с Github и поместить его dinput8.dll в папку с игрой (вам нужен RE2_TDB66.zip, если у вас DX11, или RE2.zip, если у вас RT);
- скачать Fluffy Mod Manager;
- поместить файл мода в папку модов Fluffy Mod Manager для этой игры;
- установить RE2R Classic из списка модов в Fluffy Mod Manager.
