Simply amazing remake of a cult game
Great challenging remake of a classic! Lately, remakes have been considered worthwhile, which I agree with.
One of the best remakes in the history of the gaming industry, with amazing system requirements and interesting gameplay.
Passed by s by the way
For a remake it turned out quite well, the general atmosphere is there, the graphics are excellent. The only thing you should remember is that the game design has not changed.
Capcom managed to make a great remake.
A big-budget remake of a childhood game that keeps you on your toes, balancing between action and horror and alternately juggling your feelings of curiosity and the desire to hide under the covers and not come out for... for a week, say? Amazing work... but not without its flaws. Mister X is amazing. Be sure to go through both scenarios
The game is simply amazing. Best remake I've ever seen. The gameplay has changed completely compared to the original, but it feels exactly the same. The graphics are top notch, everything looks great. About the plot, I can say that RE is not about the plot at all.
An atmospheric horror game, just what you need for those who want to tickle their nerves. I just played with great pleasure. It becomes especially scary when a thug suddenly appears, it’s just tough😬. In general, you better play this game otherwise you will regret it!😎
I passed by when she just came out.
I can immediately declare excellent optimization; I played on hardware that did not even meet the minimum requirements, but played at 30 fps.
Mechanics, graphics at the highest level.
I don’t think it’s worth saying that the game is better than the original.
I can also say that the storyline was written well and there was no such thing that, despite the attraction of the whole game, I wanted to finish it as soon as possible.
The remake does not repeat the old remake, which is good. But on the other hand, there will be those who cannot accept it in its updated form. Personally, I liked the game.
I’ll say right away that the rating of 1/10 for the game’s multiplayer only makes it better, any multiplayer in this game ruins the whole atmosphere, you have to go through it alone, you have to experience everything yourself. What can I say, this is a remake of my favorite childhood game, there are outdated puzzles that do not suit the remake, but the authors tried to preserve everything that was in the original. I just love this game, everyone should try to play, I recommend it to everyone!!!

I really liked the remake - beautiful graphics, music and effects (tearing off zombie limbs or exploding grenade, it’s a delight for the eyes and ears😆), simple but addictive gameplay with a third-person view, the plot is as interesting as the original , but with more elaborate scenes (dialogues) and puzzles. Like many other Capcom products, this game is fun to play through more than once.
P.S. There may still be a lack of old melodies, for example, from the original typewriter, but if you really need it you can buy it, as far as I remember, for 200 rubles.
wonderful remake. As a child, I was not lucky enough to play the original, but having bought the game and completed it, I immediately went to download emulators and play through the second and third parts, and special ones. missions are good.
There are so few good games and distinguishing good from bad (not interesting) is not so difficult. I forgot the last time I completed a game. I enjoyed this one, it's a good game for me.
The game is good as a horror game, good as a survival horror game, but the plot let us down. Especially the disjointed plots between scenarios A and B. Birkin falls down? But he went up... On the elevator? How? It doesn’t matter, we won’t explain it. I can accept the fact that there are two Tyrants in the game, but it still sounds stupid that after the Tyrant DIES in Claire's scenario, he fights Leon like a boss...almost intact. The additional modes are fun. They give a challenge. Some were very difficult for me personally, because they did not suit my playing style at all. In general, the game is very good, not counting the strange plot, which seems to be the mainstay of such a game.
If the first part was subjected to cosmetic repairs, patching up the picture without touching the essence, then in the case of the second part there is a full-fledged remake. And the remake, I must say, is of excellent quality.
Yes, this is the same story, about the same circumstances, and the atmosphere and zombies, everything is in place, but this story is told differently. Presented differently, from a different angle or something. But these changes clearly benefited her.
For all lovers of Residents, the release of this remake is a great gift, and an opportunity to take a fresh look at the second part, which has been covered far and wide. Again feel the smell of a city immersed in the abyss of chaos, again shudder and fear for the character under your control, again wade through crowds of the undead, trying not to waste a single cartridge.
I really liked the game. She constantly keeps you on your toes, you are always tense. It's not very difficult, I died 10 times throughout the entire game (9 of them on the crocodile, and the last one from the tyrant in the save room), but the wonderful atmosphere of the game does its job.
If you were to ask me: “Which game does the adjective “BEST” refer to in different categories, then first of all I would remember Resident Evil 2 Remake
After all, this is the best re-release of the classic (old school) game, the best part of Resident, one of the best modern survival horror games, one of the most atmospheric games of recent years, and this is what can rightfully be called “LIVING NOSTALGIA”
Part 1: gameplay
The gaming component of this game is moderately complex, moderately enjoyable, shooting walking corpses and other mutated fauna, solving puzzles that are not a casual search for keys, which are already marked on the map (as in RE5 and RE6), but not a hard search for something I don’t know and poking at all the textures, as in the first parts Silent Hill. The puzzles here m… Read full
A good representative of remakes. A game showing how to make them. And just a good horror as a separate game. The graphics are nice. The gameplay is good. A good game may not be better than the original. But good game.
