This game was the fourth in the series that I played through. If I knew in what order I had to play, I would have started with it. She essentially started the franchise and made it what we know it today. It began a long but fascinating storyline between Leon and Claire. It gave me unforgettable emotions after the first playthrough and to this day I consider it one of my favorite games. Judge for yourself. The graphics in it are excellent. The plot is incredible. The gameplay is top notch. The characters are written well. The riddles in it are interesting, not very complicated, but it would be hard to call them simple. Plus the Tyrant, who could appear anywhere and cause trouble.
It combines horror and shooter, and does it competently. In general, the game is simply top-notch.

Эта игра стала четвертой в серии которую я проходил. Если бы я знал в каком порядке надо было играть, то начал бы именно с нее. По сути она начала франшизу и сделала ее такой какой мы ее знаем сейчас. С нее началась долгая, но увлекательная сюжетная линия Леона и Клэр. Она подарила незабываемые эмоции после первого прохождения и по сей день я считаю ее одной из самых своих любимых игр. Посудите сами. Графика в ней отличная. Сюжет бесподобный. Геймплей на высшем уровне. Персонажи прописаны отлично. Загадки в ней интересны, не очень сложны, но и простыми их назвать язык не повернется. Плюс Тиран, который мог появиться в совершенно любом месте и доставить хлопот.
Она комбинирует в себе хоррор и шутер, и делает это грамотно. В общем и целом, игра просто топовая.

I recommend the game for purchase, but only at a discount. You can complete the story in about 8 hours in Leon’s branch, but for Claire it was even faster. Fully conveyed the spirit of the original in a modern twist. Overall the game is excellent, very atmospheric and great graphics.

A brilliant remake of a good, but not perfect game from 1998. The remake has improved almost all parameters! The plot has not changed, but the locations have become creepier, the puzzles are more interesting and confusing, constant tension haunts the player, but the main feature is the vile and creepy monsters and bosses. Once completed, Tyrant T-103 will haunt your nightmares, and William Birkin's various mutations will make you look at meat differently. In general, this game is a must-play for all horror fans, and not only! (I forgot to mention the ost, in this game it is simply beautiful)
Гениальный ремейк хорошей, но не идеальной игры 1998 года. Ремейк улучшил почти все параметры! Сюжет не изменился, но локации стали жутче, головоломки интереснее и запутанней, постоянное напряжение преследует игрока, но главная фишка это мерзкие и жуткие монстры и боссы. После прохождения Тиран T-103 будет преследовать вас в кошмарах, а различные мутации Уильяма Биркина заставят вас посмотреть на мясо по другому. В общем эта игра обязательна к прохождению всем любителям хорроров, и не только! (забыл упомянуть ost, в этой игре он просто прекрасен)

This is truly a masterpiece. The game is truly scary, you are in a huge building with a huge zombie who is looking for you - I think this is really scary. Puzzles make the game... unique in its genre? I like it 10/10

Graphics and sound are simply top notch. Another thing is that the game design of the 90s has not gone away and is annoying in places. But the game is still interesting to play through. And what kind of “meat” they made here! Whether in films or games, I haven’t seen this for a long time. Bright and juicy. And most importantly, the game is made not only for fans. And thank you that there is no static shooting and a classic camera here.
Из всей серии я знаком только с фильмами, CG-фильмами от Capcom и шестой частью игры. Изначально я не хотел покупать игру, так как какой смысл? Но игра попала ко мне бесплатно, за покупку видеокарты от AMD. Ну и собственно прошел. Это просто лучший ремейк из всех существующих в мире видеоигр. Графика, звук — просто на высоте. Другое дело, что геймдизайн 90-х никуда не делся и местами напрягает. Но проходить игру все равно интересно. А какое тут сделали "мясо"! Что в фильмах, что в играх — такого я не видел давно. Ярко и сочно. А самое главное, что игра сделана не только для фанатов. И спасибо, что тут нет статичной стрельбы и классической камеры.

Ремейк по своему прекрасен. Думаю, что если бы не было оригинальной игры то оценки были бы такими же. Во первых: много тех кто играл оригинальную вторую часть, и они ждали чего то проверенного старенького, но уже в новой обёртке. Ну а во вторых: ещё больше тех кто оригинальную не играл)
Графика уместная; не разделяю эмоции тех, кто говорит что в 2к19 можно было и по круче наворотить. Да, конечно можно было бы, но, зачем? это же ремейк!
На звук я особого внимания не обращал, вышло неплохо. Управление... ну что с него взять) Общий антураж сохранён.
resident evil remake 2 is an amazing game, the graphics are gorgeous, the plot is excellent, the gameplay keeps you in suspense and doesn’t let you get bored for a minute, especially on hardcore (you can’t handle packs of enemies like in RE 5) here a couple of zombies in a tight space can eat you . Thanks to Capcom for the Tyrant - this ubiquitous monster, like a real Oriflame agent, will get you almost everywhere. The controls are very convenient and responsive.
resident evil remake 2 потрясающая игра, графика шикарная, сюжет отличный, геймплей держит в напряжении и не дает заскучать ни на минуту особенно на хардкоре ( это вам не пачки врагов выносить как в RE 5) здесь пара-тройка зомби в тесном пространстве способна вас сожрать. Спасибо Capcom за Тирана — этот вездесущий монстр, как заправский агент Орифлейм будет доставать вас практически везде. Управление очень удобное и отзывчивое.

The sound in the game is at the highest level - the rustling, moaning of zombies will make you make a bunch of bricks as soon as you get into the area. Советую всем поиграть — и тем кто проходил версию 98го года и тем кто даже с ней не знаком. Причем советую играть на уровне сложном или хотя бы на средненьком, т.к. так игра становится еще более интересней и страшней. Очень порадовало что разработчики не стали оставлять классический вид камеры со стороны. Вид от третьего лица ни чуть не портит игру — нотки классической версии все равно прослеживаются. Кстати, ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО .... играть в наушниках и только в них. Звук в игре на высшем уровне — шорохи, стоны зомбей заставят вас наделать кучу кирпичей как только попадете в участок. Поэтому также рекомендую обзавестись еще и сральн*м ведром на всякий пожарный.
