Resident Evil 4 Remake (2023)

The game is just a gun, graphics, plot, stupidly everything is immaculate! I haven’t played such high-quality games for a long time, the ending, of course, is so-so, but the gameplay and the middle of the game are worth it!

I waited for the better remake (in my opinion).

I liked the remake of the second part, I’ve already replayed it 4 times, and I like the gameplay itself and the shooting.

What about the remake of the fourth?

Yes, the graphics are clearly beautiful, colorful... but not at all as creepy as the original. In the original, I will remember the initial “awkward” gaits along the paths for the rest of my life.

Gameplay - well, the combat mechanics have also clearly changed, one might say that it is more familiar (more realistic?) for the average gamer these days.

This is just awesome, a very worthy remake from Capcom. It's very pleasant to play, but still, it lacks the same atmosphere that was in the original. But it's cool

I remember playing this game at school, a classmate recommended this game to me, I bought it, I come, I launch it, and what do I see?! The mouse doesn't work, it shoots on enter, in a word - horror, in general I played for 20 minutes and deleted it, after 2 hours something happened somewhere and I wanted to play it again and then away I went, and on all difficulties I tried only to use a knife , I even speedran, in general I loved this game and these developers, for me this is the game of the year, the decade! Oh yes, thank you very much for the Russian localization❤️

A masterpiece ending, plot 10 out of 10 gameplay 7 out of 10 there are a couple of minuses but not critical. Overall the game is a masterpiece. Everything unnecessary from the orig was removed, the graphics were improved, the plot was corrected, 10 out of 10

I beat this classic on PS2 exactly 18 times, of which I completed it 1 time on hard and received as a bonus a rare BFG-type electric cannon, which does a good job of dealing with Las Plagas, I don’t know if this same cannon will be in the new remake...

Let's start in order and go back to the roots.

The 2005 game was good in terms of story, gameplay, unique setting and atmosphere. Of course, there were some shortcomings, in the form of broken QTE moments, small bugs, BUT the game hides all this behind the story it presents. I think everyone who played the original will agree with the fact that the main character and secondary characters are interesting. It's especially fun to watch Leon's witticisms and his attempt to "play" with Hannigan. The original is worth remembering and playing.

At first the game felt more than great, just like the good old ones. The first hours of the game in the village and around the lake are realized beautifully. The long episode with the castle that followed, which I didn’t like in the original, almost made me quit the game, but after that it felt good again, and the last hour of the game is absolutely action-packed! The final boss is perfectly realized! The female half of the game (Ashley and Ada) is also beautifully implemented, although before the release there were fears that Capcom would have to follow the general agenda and make the girls in the game not too similar to 🙃girls. The game is simply excellent. Made with high quality. There are not enough separate walkthroughs for different heroes as was done in RE 6.
