Resident evil 7 was a great reboot of the series. Here begins a completely new story with new characters, infection and enemies, in which there is practically nothing familiar from the previous parts, with the exception of Easter eggs and the appearance of the good old hero at the end of the game (I'm talking about Chris). It's unusual that the game was made in first person, although the cutscenes were always in third person. In addition, there is more horror than action here, which is undoubtedly cool, since resident evil was originally a survival horror game, but gradually turned into an action shooter. The gloomy atmosphere and suspenseful soundtrack make you completely immerse yourself in the game and experience fear. By the way, there are even some scary moments here that do the job well. But, even if you weren’t scared during the passage, then at least you definitely felt uneasy. The plot is quite good, the development of the story is interesting to follow. I won’t talk about the graphics, I think everything is clear here. Moldy opponents are not stupid zombies who crawl like turtles and die from a few shots. It is much more difficult to defeat such an enemy, because even ordinary molds move faster, are more durable and cause significant damage. However, if you have a shotgun handy and plenty of ammo, most of these creatures won't bother you much. The main thing is to try to get into their heads. Well, the bosses here are quite different. There are some that are extremely easy to defeat, and there are also those that will make you sweat and bomb. As you already understand, I really liked the game, now I’ll go through the eighth part.
