Games Sleeping Dogs All reviews Review from AlterNile

Having played True crime: Streets of LA a couple of times (and tried to play True crime: New York), I really wanted a sequel, and here it is - True crime: Hong-Kong: screenshots, first gameplay videos... and... oops, the game is cancelled. But how much joy the news about the revival of the game brought, or rather about its thorough reworking (and change of name)... and here it is - a masterpiece! A game in which you are completely immersed, you feel like the main character, you furiously slaughter the bastards who killed your friends, there are a lot of emotions!

+++: amazing plot, variety of side and mini-tasks, perfectly conveyed atmosphere of Hong Kong, masterpiece combat system (for openworld sandboxes) - the Zodiac Tournament is a special plus, interactive environment, physics (yes, exactly, I like physics in this game), two DLC stories are also pleasing

---: I would really like multiplayer or at least co-op (I didn’t have time to play Triad Wars, unfortunately), there is no standard jump (unusual, but not significant), and how about the gopher:

- do you hear music in the car?

- no

- and I don’t, but it is

both in the Steam version and on the pirated music I never heard in the car

despite the small disadvantages, IMHO the game is a masterpiece. very catchy.

great Chinese action movie from the 90s starring you 👍
