Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is an arcade game from developers from the Sanzaru Games studio. The game is published by Sony Computer Entertainment, and Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is localized in Russia by 1C-SoftClub. These same guys are releasing the game in Russia. Perhaps Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is also being developed for PC, but this version has not yet been announced. Overall, the project turned out to be rather weak. Most reviewers gave the game very low ratings.
