Adds a new tractor to the game.

Changes in the new version:

some addons were removed;
new textures;
new rear suspension;
various sounds;
new paint colors, some custom skins;
compatible with MRBusses wheel pack;
engine, gearbox, suspension, now using navistar specifications;
the hood can be open/closed;
The rear axle has been redesigned and the turning radius is smaller than before.

новая задняя подвеска;
различные звуки;
новые цвета краски, некоторые пользовательские скины;
совместим с колесным паком MRBusses;
двигатель, коробка передач, подвеска, теперь используются спецификации navistar;
капот может быть открыт/закрыт;
задняя ось была изменена, радиус поворота стал меньше, чем раньше.
