This mod removes the 60 frames per second cap and adds an optional configuration file for setting a custom FPS limit.

Customization:

To set your own FPS limit, open the com.lee23.noframeratecap.cfg file from the BepInEx/config folder, then open the file and change the value of NewFrameRate from -1 to any integer FPS value.

How to launch:

First, download and install the BepInEx pack. Then extract this file into the main game folder so that the BepInEx folder merges with the existing one, and a new NoFramerateCap folder appears in the plugins folder.
