To date, the game does not shine with graphics, and some aspects of the controls seemed somewhat clumsy even at the time of release. But this is one of the games that can be forgiven for its incredible atmosphere.
The stalker's world is completely imbued with post-Soviet hopelessness with a touch of adventurism and an omnipresent taste of radiation. Here you don’t know what awaits you in the next drop, an artifact, a couple of mutants with a good appetite, or half a dozen bored thugs.
Stalker is not a perfect game, but that does not prevent it from being an excellent and original game.
На сегодняшний день, игра не блещет графикой, а некоторые моменты в управлении, казались несколько топорными и в момент выхода. Но это одна из игр, которой можно простить любые огрехи за невероятную атмосферу.
Мир сталкера полностью пропитан постсоветской безнадегой с ноткой авантюризма и вездесущим привкусом радиации. Тут не знаешь, что ждет тебя в очередном забросе, артефакт, пара мутантов с хорошим аппетитом, или с полдюжины скучающих головорезов.
Сталкер — не идеальная игра, что не мешает ей быть игрой отличной и самобытной.
