Star Ocean: First Departure is an isometric action RPG, anime/manga and fantasy game from Tose Co., Ltd., published by Square Enix, Inc. For some reason the game has not yet been released on PC. Overall, the project turned out to be rather weak. Most reviewers gave the game very low ratings.
