Found that Alfen's clothes were a bit lacking. The basic clothing seems basic, but the armor seems too big and clunky. It's a kind of light armor. Some patterns are added here and there to give it the appearance of higher quality materials/craftsmanship. Installation in this path SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Tales of Arise/Arise/Content/Paks/.
