Springwood Estate - Player Home.
Springwood was built by a merchant who married Leah, who was born in Whiterun. He built a house for her. After the death of his dear Leah, he decided to put the house up for sale and return to his life as an adventurer exploring Skyrim in search of new treasures. The home is fully Hearthfires compatible and you can adopt up to 4 children. To be able to adopt children, you must install the multiple adoption mod and use the "bless this house" spell to be able to move with your family. The house key is on the hand of the statue.
