The Dragonborn's Vessel.
Tired of all those huge home modifications? Here's my answer, a small personal ship has more than enough storage space for all your storage needs. It is located south of Solitude at the dock. It has everything an adventurer could need, more than enough space for your armor, weapons and ingredients, books, and an alchemist's cellar located to the right of the ship when you leave it.
