The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim

I started getting acquainted with the scrolls with part 5, and immediately fell in love with the entire series. Skyrim was a revelation for me in terms of immersion into the game world. An excellent RPG, especially because side quests distract you and you will spend almost the entire game time on them (although they are not boring). Excellent system of armor and weapons, leveling, combat. For 2011, this is truly a breakthrough in the industry.

Skyrim.... How many hours have you spent searching for books? How many hours are spent on content after the main story? How many rolls were stolen? Countless multitude. I already know by heart all the phrases of our beloved Jarl of Whiterun, I know what will happen to him if we choose the Duri Brothers, and that is why this game is played dozens of times. Small plot twists open up the game in a completely new way.

But quests in the style of “fetch-give”, “go-find-kill-bring” are the main part of the game (I won’t say that all of them, at least kill).

The best thing is that mods (as well as the previous parts of the series) give the game a second wind, because as Skurim regulars say: “Playing vanilla Skyrim is a perversion” (and probably no one except me says that)

The TES line has always been able to surprise. These are the best representatives of their genre. TES, of course, is inferior in some factors to its smaller brothers, but the game is worth every hour spent in it. After all, there is a vast open world here, with a bunch of NPCs in which there are several quests for you. With a pinch of dragons and Fus-Ro-Dah's.

The game is only good if you forget about the plot and download 9000+ mods for 15 fps: D

In my opinion, this is the best part of the series. The main character of Skyrim (you can choose to suit your tastes from an impressive list of nations) is a prisoner who, by chance, becomes Dovahkiin - the hero from the prophecy who must stop the ancient dragon Alduin and return peace to the war-torn lands of Skyrim.

The game has hundreds of quests, activities and other opportunities. You can lead a guild of magicians, take part in civil strife, or simply wander through the snow-capped mountains and swampy lowlands of the Nordic kingdom. There are practically no restrictions. The combat system is simple and not stressful, the graphics in the improved version can still please, and the well-developed world can drag on for many hundreds of hours. Fus-ro-da!

For RPG lovers this is a very good game. Although I’m not a fan of such games, Skyrim also appealed to me. In some places the game is drawn out, the dungeons are very long and of the same type (at the end of the game I couldn’t stand them at all), the AI ​​is often stupid (stealth theft with putting a basket on your head). But these disadvantages are very small compared to the advantages of this game. I think everyone will like it, besides, to complete it you just need to know that you cannot touch the chickens and steal the sweet roll - otherwise you will be punished by death.
