That is, to have infinite items, you need to spend at least one, and to build quickly, you need to install a frame from some building and later turn on the trainer. If you immediately turn on the trainer, then the last two lines will not be found, but you can play with the trainer - just the last two options will not be available. In order for them to be available, you need to spend the item and close the trainer with a cross, then turn it on again and the option will become available.
