Your survival depends only on you; your decisions and actions can be fatal or life-saving. So why did I say the gameplay isn't very intense? It's simple. After ten hours you begin to understand and understand how the game works. You know how to play and are no longer frantically fighting for life, but exploring a world that has quietly gone into darkness, leaving the sounds to blizzards and wild animals.
