Сюжет по сравнению с первой частью стал немного хуже, в этот раз мы попадаем в Балтимор на котором творится настоящий ад, цель нашего визита сюда проста отмстить злодею который покушался на нашу семью
Что до геймплей, то это обычный шутер от третьего лица. Игра так же предлагает вид от первого, но он сделан спустя рукава. Стрелять приятно, игра заканчивается ровно тогда, когда нужно.
