Timelines: Assault on America — July 20, 1942 The US Office of Strategic Services (OSS) uses information provided to them by the underground German Resistance to the Third Reich. The OSS launches Operation Wolf's Head, in which the best marksmen hide among the participants of a rally in honor of Adolf Hitler in Berlin, Germany, and kill him there. The OSS also sabotages several planes carrying high-ranking Nazi officials. After this, control of the Third Reich passes to various Nazi generals. After repeated interrogations of German Resistance soldiers, the Nazis learn about Operation Wolf's Head.
