The first game in the Total War series that I played. I wanted to briefly describe it, but I need at least 500 words.

So, + games:

- Variety of factions;

-Many playable ones;

-Tactics on the battlefield;

-Legendary difficulty;

-Diplomacy (although not very comparable to Civilization, but not bad);

-Many units;

-Extensive game map;

-Large battle maps;

-Modes;

I can continue writing about the advantages for a long time, but IMHO there are a lot of them.

And now -:

-The most important ones are blood DLS (In a game like this, I think it shouldn’t be included in DLS, I don’t know the price);

-DLS Greece (Sparta )

Didn't notice anymore. But I don’t have a game license, but a disk with the Imperial Edition , so I’m not afraid of these disadvantages. Read full

My comment will be relevant for all games in the Total War series. Here everyone will find something to their liking. If you feel the talents of a commander, gather an army and go to war. Or maybe you prefer peaceful development, then develop the economy. But one cannot do without the other: without a good economy it will be impossible to maintain many armies, and without at least several armies they can come and conquer you.

Yes, this game has its shortcomings, but when you launch the campaign and start playing, you sometimes sit for 2 hours, or even more.

Continuation, I’m not afraid of this word, of the best real-time military strategy about Rome today.

Well-developed strategy with elements of urban development, economics, and politics. But the main element of the entire series, of course, is military action. Huge maps with epic-sized armies, tactics and strategy that determine the winner even where the odds clearly dictate the advantage of one of the sides.

No other game (and the series as a whole) conveys that atmosphere of almost Hellenic scale of battles.

The game of my childhood, especially if we talk about the first game “Rome”, but the second one also caught the time of my childhood, although a little later. The game is certainly good, even so, one of the best in terms of turn-based strategies. Well, it’s only on the strategic map that it’s turn-based, when you enter battle, you find yourself already in a real-time strategy, and if we talk about the battles, they’re really well designed here, and the strategic map itself doesn’t hit the eye very well. I especially liked the display of cities on the map, because compared to the 1st part this is a completely different level, and now there are no rebels as factions on the map, now they appear only if an uprising occurs, and the map is now all covered with various factions, but similar to ea… Read full

A very interesting game that managed to arouse my interest in learning about history, which I previously hated with all my soul.
