The point is simple: every day of the King (that is, you) begins with receiving visitors, including nobles, merchants, and commoner artisans. Each of them asks for something. Petitions range from a pair of gold to buy new boots to proposals for an alliance between your kingdom and a neighboring county. You have to decide who to refuse and who is worthy of help. You will have to balance trying to advance economic and military interests, protect your people and take care of the well-being of your family. And know that not all of those gathered near your throne pursue good goals. Some only dream of harming you.

In addition to minor achievements and troubles, global problems will have to be solved: an army of mountain barbarians has already approached the kingdom, whose leader has long-standing scores to settle with the King. You won’t have enough strength of your own to repel the attack, so you’ll have to seek help from neighboring kings and lords.

I won’t reveal the plot twists and will only say that at the moment where the story should come to an end and it would seem that it is about to end, in fact everything is just beginning. And don't be fooled by the pixelated image style. Believe me, passions run hotter here than in many films about palace intrigue. There were moments when even I shed a royal tear.

Most of all this game reminded me of the famous Papers, Please. Here you will also have to decide other people's destinies and make decisions on which which of the many endings will be achieved completely depends. By the way, don’t expect an absolute happy ending. Few characters cannot die during the course of the plot due to bad decisions. Personally, the ending was quite sad for me and I peered at the pixels on the screen for a long time, not believing that everything that happened was my fault.
